Within a sauna booking you have a 1 hour session, this also includes your changing time. Please be courteous to those in a session before and after you by leaving in a timely manner as well as taking all belongings with you.

We recommend a full bottle of water to keep you hydrated as well as two towels, one to sit on and one to dry yourself with.

Arrive if possible in your swimwear ready to hop straight in the sauna. If you are not able to come ready there are changing facilities to quickly swim in and out of your swimwear.

We have 2 changing rooms within our compound, these are open to everyone to use.

Weekdays: Thurs-Fri 7am-9pm

Weekends: Sat-Mon 7am-9pm

Our sauna has a maximum of 8 people for private and mixed sessions. For corporate events or larger bookings please get in touch via info@taketimesaunas.com.

Take Time Saunas is open to all guests aged 16 and over. If you’re pregnant or have any health concerns, we recommend checking in with your doctor before booking, your wellbeing comes first.

Our path is gravel, which may make wheelchair access tricky. You’ll also find steps leading in and out of each cold plunge, as well as into the sauna.

There are no toilets within Take Time Saunas.

We are located on Lannock Farm, Hitchin Rd, Hitchin, SG4 7EE. We are a 10 minute drive from Hitchin and Letchworth.

Getting here is simple! There’s plenty of parking across the farm, or you can catch a train from London to Hitchin, Stevenage, or Letchworth and take a taxi from the station. While you’re here, make the most of your visit with a coffee, pastry, or even a beer from the other farm businesses.

We would suggest leaving any valuables locked safely within your car. There are hangers for coats and bags but anything left in the site is at the owners risk.

Our sauna is a shared space where everyone can relax and feel comfortable, to achieve this you must be clothed in swimwear at all times.
